Our story
Why we built V-Parking
We built V-Parking in 2023 to make visitor parking easy. A visitor should be able to register a plate in a few minutes from their own phone — by scanning a QR code at the lot, using the website, or with help by phone or text — without downloading an app or creating an account.
Property teams needed the other half: one live list of who is allowed to park, rules that apply on their own, and records patrollers can trust when they issue a warning or a tow. V-Parking puts both sides in one system.

Our goal since 2023
What V-Parking does
- Visitors register a licence plate by QR code, website, phone or text.
- Confirmation goes out by email or text with the permitted parking window.
- Each site sets its own hours, weekly and monthly caps, unit and plate limits, open hours and an optional security code.
- Tenant plates can be blocked from visitor stalls, or a building can switch to tenant-controlled registration.
- Longer stays go through special pass requests that the property approves.
- Patrollers check plates against the live permit list and record warnings and tows.
- Security guards log tickets and send daily site reports by email.
- Property teams, condo boards, patrollers, security guards and tenants each get their own dashboard — residents use the Tenant portal.
